The Norwalk drama and choir departments will present their annual spring musical “Legally Blonde” on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 at 7 p.m. in the Norwalk Performing Arts Center.
Based on the hit Broadway musical, Legally Blonde follows Elle Woods, a fashionable and determined young woman who seems to have it all—until her boyfriend dumps her to attend Harvard Law. Determined to win him back, Elle enrolls at Harvard herself, only to discover her own strength, intelligence, and independence along the way.
The production features energetic and memorable songs such as “Omigod You Guys,” “So Much Better,” and “Bend and Snap.”
The show is directed by Mrs. Ommen, with band directed by Mr. Roskens. Additional cast members will bring to life a vibrant group of characters, from Elle’s supportive friends to her Harvard classmates and professors.
Tickets are available through the Norwalk Choir website and via posters displayed around the school.
